My Take on Love and Hate
What happens is, you show someone all this wonderful love. Something they’ve never experienced before. It’s like a high to the mind, body, and soul for them, as love should be. It completely envelopes a man or woman. So at the point when it registers to their mind — on their own or by your hand — that the love and all its prerequisite highs being supplied by you are no...

2 Kings
Pharaoh: I am lost in love's flame, what else would you have me do, Kafele?
Kafele: They will murder you for this! They will hunt us out like animals, feast on our blood in the shadows of the dark gods and you know it. I have to go!
Pharaoh: And when has any man stopped me from having what I have called my own? I am the Pharaoh!
Kafele: A reminder is certainly not required, Your Highness.
Pharaoh: Well what do you require, Kafele? Please stay and enlighten your King instead of running off like some child who has seen a ghost.
Kafele: I require nothing in this world nor the next, but my life... And yours.
Pharaoh: It is yours. What else?
Kafele: None of this. None of these things and these pious people. I can't understand why you want anything to do with it.
Pharaoh: Is this not what you have already? Here you are, here I am, this will not change. It is my duty, my destiny as King to put up with all of it.
Kafele: I would hope that it is your destiny by the authority of your heart to put up with all of me... not this.
Pharaoh: If that were true, there would be nothing special, nothing sacred about a man's love for you. It is because there is no law forcing me to love you and that you are not bound in contract to love me that makes our love so powerful.
Kafele: You say this only to influence my decision.
Pharaoh: You know me so well, and yet my little plan is still working. Tell me, what force pours such fear and darkness in your heart? Call it out at once so you can watch me destroy it!
Kafele: The very moment that a living being bears witness to this, everything will change. The Kingdom will be obliterated. Torn to crimson pieces in scandal and outrage, not a life saved. Nothing will be the same. If we flee to the West, we can live free... I can even save my family, why don't you just come with me? You don't have to be royal to own me! I plead!
Pharaoh: Kafele, do not reduce yourself to such a desperate state on my behalf. Allow me to remind you again: I am the KING! THEY bow down only to ME.
Kafele: If your royalty brought even the thinnest vapor of comfort to me, I wouldn't be running.
Pharaoh: ...okay, I tell you this: if you will pull yourself together in this manner [forces Kafele's body to his], as we are now united, together... strong and ferocious like great lions, then no one will dare stop us. Not these damned priests, nor the approaching army... not that evil whore who will rape and destroy every human in sight until she's Queen... not even the Gods themselves could stand between us. I will not abandon you... nor my empire. I promise.
Kafele: How? Kek, have you gone mad? How will a King who must produce an heir to the royal throne escape the bloody uproar once it is known that this King has been engaged by a strange and offensive love with one of his lowly servant boys?
Pharaoh: Kafele, if you wish to be royal, you must abandon your old life of servitude.
Kafele: ...you dare seduce me with wealth when all you need to rule me is your beating heart?
Pharaoh: Kafele, please. Do not misunderstand me. You are royal. You were royal long before your clean feet touched the dirty palace grounds. Long before I was so fortunate in my life to behold such a handsome man who in love's grand battle, as in life, had the mightier hand. You were never a lowly servant boy. You are every bit of the man that I am, the man I am not, and the man I wish to become. I am a King, and in the face of the gods I decree that you, Kafele, are my King.
Kafele: ...madness. You've truly gone mad.
Pharaoh: If madness is a mark of my 'strange and offensive love' for you as you called it then let them all know it! Yes! It is true! King Kek has gone violent, offensive and mad! Sharing the royal bed in late hours with a dirty servant man! Shame!! Scandal!!!
Kafele: ...keep your voice down! this is no humorous matter. Don't you understand? Your own advisors will skin us alive in the royal courts for this.
Pharaoh: What? Where has the soldier who so easily defended me against several very talented assassins gone off to? Where have you misplaced all that fire and rage?
Kafele: I killed those men to save your life, not for sport.
Pharaoh: Yes, you killed them for love... and so would I. Kafele, If a mere hair escapes your crown without my permission I will pluck the stars out of the cosmos myself and set the whole of this empire ablaze. Not one man will stand against me without my sword forcing him upright.
Kafele: ...And what do you suppose we do if we remain here, my King? How can this possibly work?
Pharaoh: ...we rule. We conquer. We do the things that kings do, my dear Kafele. We live. We choose our weapons and we fight like men fight, so that we can love as men may love. What army, what forces in all the universe could possibly overtake a kingdom with not just one brave and powerful King... But two?

When Thou Eyes First Met Thine
You: I don't know you
Me: I don't know you
We: and yet... I know your face
You: I must have met you in some other place
Me: how fortunate I am to be here in this place, beholding such a face
You: I can feel the grip of your eyes
Me: I see the story of our lives intertwined
You: I shouldn't feel this way
Me: I would walk away if that were wise
You: who is this stranger, and why do I feel such comfort in his strange eyes?
Me: I am here to complete you and yet you may never realize
You: hopefully fate will move your corner of the universe next to mine
We: can it be that this is one made for me?
You: I must get back to work, shit, I'm out of my mind
Me: I don't know how but I must have his hand in mine
You: such a familiar being and yet I can't speak his name. fuck it. you know you'll still live if you just walk away...
Me: Hi (spoken)
You: ... (frozen)
Me: My name is Christopher
You: oh. (look of disappointment)
Me: ...I'm sorry were you expecting someone else?
You: oh no, no, sorry... I just thought I knew your face, but I didn't think Christopher was your name... You seemed so familiar... Like I've met you before...
Me: oh, well... It was nice meeting you...
You: oh same here...
Me: say, if you don't mind my asking, what did you think my name was?
You: (smile of enlightenment) ...Love.
